About the Site Reliability Engineer (Linux, SQL/WFO Jakarta) Role:
You will be joining a highly passionate tech team who have strong interest in e-commerce and financial services technology. This is a full WFO arrangement in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the business continuity of the company's IT system, discovering and handling system failures in time
• Be responsible for the communication between technical team and outsourcing company to ensure the implementation of important matters
• Formulate processes and specifications to make IT system management suitable for OJK's requirements
• Handle emergency response, troubleshooting, IT compliance, monitoring, operations and maintenance process specifications
• Be familiar with software: nginx, kafka, Linux, java, etc.

To succeed in this Site Reliability Engineer (Linux, SQL/WFO Jakarta) role, you must have experience in Linux system operation management.

Key Requirements:

• More than three years of experience in Linux system operation management
• Understands the basic principles of MySQL database, familiar with common SQL statements (add/delete/modify/check)
• English must be used as a working language
• Active, cheerful personality, good communication skills, strong ability to withstand pressure
• Strong document writing abilities
• Good learning ability, able to quickly learn new technologies
• Cheerful personality, strong communication skills
• Familiar with financial enterprise operation and maintenance process specifications and security compliance is a plus
