About the Lead Frontend Role:
Reporting to the Chief Architect officer, you will lead all frontend development activities and manage teams across the organisation. As the Lead Frontend, you will be in charge of team development in design, coding, testing, and debugging front end product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous development and optimisation of front end technology including development, test, and release framework
• Take charge of the full management of iOS/Android/Web/SDK and other large front end user product development processes
• Implement Agile project management values within the working process of software front end organisation
• Develop front end standards and specifications for user product development and project implementation delivery codes
• Promote and apply delivery codes to improve team development efficiency and support business development
• Ensure the team fully understands product values and needs from a front end perspective in order to give best software solution which meet with product requirements
• Give direction and lead the goal-setting (OKR) process with the software front end developers team, assist in prioritisation, and own deliverables to ensure alignment with related organisation and corporate objectives
• Coach, provide counselling and provide feedback sessions to help front developer lead and engineers identify and grow their skills as well as experience

To succeed in this Lead Frontend role, you must posses good communication skills, be driven and have experience in leading front end projects.

Key Requirements:

• More than seven years of experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer, including more than three years of people management experience (fintech experience is a plus)
• In-depth front end experience on desktop and mobile web platforms
• Experience leading front end projects in the context of large-scale, cloud-based infrastructures
• Experience working on CI/CD and agile methodology
• In-depth experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Angular JS, React Native, Android/iOS framework
• Proven team manager with a servant leader mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to get
  things done collaboratively
• Ability to clearly communicate high-level strategy and technical details effectively in English
• Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Overflow, with the ability to write semantic HTML, modern CSS and idiomatic JavaScript
• Good understanding of basic front end security aspects and how to mitigate them
• Understanding of infrastructure and application deployment models (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker,
  Maven, Git, AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong knowledge of coding standards/best practices and OWASP secure coding practices
• Having knowledge of PCI or fintech regulations is a plus
• Passion for learning new languages and technologies
