VP of Data (FinTech)

We’re looking for a VP of Data to build our data ecosystem from the ground up and act as a strategic business partner. You’ll lead Data Architecture, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science, ensuring data drives product innovation, customer experience, and business growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What you'll do:

1. Design and implement scalable, secure data architecture for real-time financial services.
2. Partner with product and business teams to embed data into decision-making and product strategy.
3. Lead and grow cross-functional data teams (Engineering, Analytics, Data Science).
4. Drive advanced analytics, ML, and AI to power product development and risk management.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data governance standards.

What you'll bring:

1. 10+ years in data architecture and leadership, ideally in fintech or high-growth startups.
2. Proven experience building data platforms from scratch.
3. Expertise in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), big data, and ML frameworks.
4. Strong leadership and ability to influence product and business strategy.
