About the Data Science Manager Role:
As the Data Science Manager, you will be in charge of all the machine learning and AI project initiatives to be implemented for the medical industry in Indonesia. While working closely with the C-levels, you will lead and mentor a team of data scientists and data analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore, research, and design for solutions to complex business problems
• Improve existing machine learning services
• Translate business problems into machine learning problems and solve them
• Share knowledge to contribute to help improve the team capabilities
• Own and manage data projects throughout the data science development life cycle

To succeed in this rare Data Science Manager role, you must be highly experienced in machine learning and AI.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, etc) from a reputable university
• A natural self-starter with the ability to work autonomously with high problem ownership
• Experience with data science programming skills with Python
• Strong communication skills and project management
• Research experience in one or more of the following: natural language processing, computer vision, medical analysis, hospital management, hierarchical/multilevel regression, deep learning, social network analysis, etc.
• Familiarity with Cloud services tools such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, Azure, etc.
• Logical and analytical thinking and approach to problem solving
• Deep understanding of how machine learning works (supervised and unsupervised)
• Comfortable working in an agile environment and have working experience with Agile/Scrum
