Chief Data Officer

In this job, you will lead a team and be responsible for managing and implementing digital initiatives that will monetise data, drive digital revenue, improve customer experiences and employee engagements, optimise operations and create new business value.

About the Chief Data Officer Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Chief Data Officer will proactively provide analytical outcome and strategic decision to ensure the business initiatives meets the objective, time frame, and overall programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to transition from traditional to digital processes
• Break down data, promote a digital culture and build a digital business technology platform
• Monetise data collected from multiple sources by using advanced technologies
• Implement data analytic effectively into business processes
• Ensure business intelligence systems meet organisational requirements

To succeed in this Chief Data Officer role, you will need the ability to manage and lead a team of data analysts and have a solid experiences coming from the financial industry with scalable business.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platform with successful scaling business from 0 - 1
• Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects
• Solid understanding of core business processes and associated technical solutions
• An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
