About the Customer Data Analytics Manager Role:
A Customer Data Analytics Manager role has opened up at a leading multinational insurance company, leading a team to develop information on customer segmentation for customer knowledge and customer experience. In this job, you will assist in customer data governance, dashboard/visualisation of customer metrics, advanced data modelling and predictive modelling, and improve customer data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, transform, process, and model customer data
• Interpret key findings and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
• Work with third-party providers - such as ZCAM, MS Dynamics and EDAA - to ensure effective supply of information, segmentation and customer knowledge
• Create and enforce policies to ensure effective customer data management
• Lead cross-functional projects to establish/improve customer data quality
• Use advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities

To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in data analytics and data science, with a good and strong experience from a previous company. A self-starter and independent in setting up strategies and delivering execution are essential for this role.

• Must be a self-starter and trusted to work alone
• Essentially driving the set up and strategy as well as delivering on the execution
• Should be proficient in data analytics, data science with good experience across a company with strong focus in this area
