About the Sales Specialist Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, your key objective will be to focus on growing their financial services solution business in Indonesia. You will manage all sales terms including the whole sales management and development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the whole end-to-end sales process, plans, and strategies, including prospecting, canvasing, and executing the sales activities
• Manage sales strategies along with increasing brand recognition and awareness
• Research and analyse market opportunities while identifying new potential customers to be presented new business proposals in order to secure business deals
• Develop the retention of clients, negotiation of contracts, and relationship management strategies

To succeed in this Sales Specialist role, you must have at least three years of strong and relevant experience within sales management position in a zero to one environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of background experience in sales experience within the technology/fin-tech businesses
• Deep understanding of the relevant industry in Indonesia through personal or professional experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytic, creative, and critical thinking skills
