Senior Growth Analyst

An exciting Senior Growth Analyst job has just become available at one of the leading fintech companies in Indonesia looking to grow their new lines of business along with the team.

About the Senior Growth Analyst Role:
Reporting directly to the AVP Growth, this role will be part of the whole growth, operation, and business unit team including business development and partnership teams as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deeper understanding of the whole products and business unit in terms of the growth and strategic planning process
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities to drive top-line/revenue growth of the business by leveraging existing products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and analytic to develop and execute growth plans
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth efforts
• Initiate and monitor the process of performance data into predictive modelling and/or data visualisation and using the results for business decisions

To succeed in this role, you must have more than seven years of work strategical business experience with strong business acumen, especially experience in developing fintech products.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of experience working within business development, growth, or marketing functions in the start-up or financial services industry
• Mandatory experience in using SQL and proficiency in Excel
• Experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Experience working in financial/fintech industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to independently drive analysis concluding with rationalised recommendations
• Strong project management skills with basic understanding of product development concepts
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
