Growth Lead

An exciting Growth Lead job has just become available at a soon-to-be leading fintech company in Indonesia looking to grow their new lines of business.

About the Growth Lead Role:
Reporting directly to the President Director, this role will be leading the whole business unit including commercial, business development, partnership, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole business unit aspects of growth strategic planning process designed by the corporate planning and business development function
• Increase customer activation and retention through marketing initiatives such as partnerships and campaigns
• Identify opportunities to drive top-line/revenue growth of the business by leveraging existing products and in conjunction with business planners in integrating customer behaviour information into product and marketing efforts
• Design, develop, and monitor the execution of marketing initiative strategies, A/B testing, or other testing to identify suitable business development strategies
• Monitor and ensure the reconciliation process of business performance data and cooperation payments and make reports
• Initiate and monitor the process of performance data into predictive modelling and/or data visualisation and using the results for business decisions

To succeed in this role, you must have more than seven years of work strategical business experience with strong business acumen, especially experience in developing fintech products.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with major in business, marketing, management, finance, or engineering
• Minimum of seven years of experience working within business development, growth, or marketing functions in the start-up or financial services industry
• Understanding of the digital marketing, product fundamentals, and operating marketing performance tools is preferred
• Strong project management skills with basic understanding of product development concepts
