Head of Digital Channel

An exciting Head of Digital Channel job has become available at an well-established insurance tech company based in Jakarta.

About the Head of Digital Channel Role:
Reporting directly to the COO, you will help the company approach the digital transformation and distribution from the industry angle and help to develop the digital landscape in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s digital transformation and strategy in line with organisational values, business objectives and priorities
• Manage the team to drive engagement, performance management, teamwork and flexibility
• Handle most of the commercial roles - mostly focuses on acquisition (sales) and partnerships management
• Solve problems with the needs of the end customers in consideration at all times, ensuring solutions deliver and enhance their experience
• Create and embed a prioritisation approach to develop a road-map for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities

To succeed in this role, you must possesses strong digital insurance knowledge and experience, especially in building and developing things from zero.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 10 years experience in digitisation experience working in tech start-up industry, specifically in insurance and/or insurance-tech (B2C)
• Background experience coming from insurance industry is a must
• Experienced having designed, implemented and evaluated organisational transformation digital solutions and has delivered large scale change that added value to the organisation
• Effective leadership and time management skills
• Strong analytic and negotiation skills
• Fluency in both English writing and communication skills
