What you'll do:

As a Senior Product Manager based in Jakarta, you will play an integral part in transforming how businesses interact with financial services products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams—including engineering, design, research, operations, and business functions—to ensure each product initiative delivers tangible value. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction while also rolling up your sleeves to manage details such as user story creation or dashboard analysis. Success in this role means not only meeting but exceeding expectations around customer experience by continuously refining merchant onboarding journeys as well as domestic and international disbursement offerings. Your ability to foster strong relationships across departments will be crucial as you champion improvements that drive compliance readiness and operational excellence.   • Define, lead, and execute comprehensive product strategies designed to achieve ambitious business objectives while fostering close collaboration with other product teams and key stakeholders.
  • Take full ownership of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for your team by developing clear roadmaps that align with wider organisational priorities and ensuring consistent progress towards targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of prioritisation, product definition, execution, rollout, and impact analysis for all initiatives under your remit to guarantee successful delivery.
  • Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), break down user requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate these effectively to engineering and design teams.
  • Actively participate in scrum activities such as daily standups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to maintain momentum within agile workflows.
  • Identify critical metrics for success by building insightful dashboards and analysing available data to inform better decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle.

  • Oversee the outcomes of Domestic Money Transfer disbursements by focusing on transaction reliability, error handling protocols, operational tooling enhancements, and partner or bank performance improvements.
  • Lead the development of International Money Transfer disbursement features by managing partner integrations, compliance guardrails, FX considerations where relevant, transparency measures, and service level agreement (SLA) management.

  • A nuanced understanding of merchant onboarding processes as well as domestic payout/disbursement systems; familiarity with international transfers is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into manageable components while identifying practical use cases and effective solutions within collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data sets using analytical tools; experience building dashboards or utilising metrics to justify requirements is highly valued.
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with high standards for quality assurance; adept at managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision required.
  • Outstanding communication skills including active listening abilities; capable of conveying important messages clearly when influencing or negotiating with diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships across technical teams as well as business stakeholders; empathetic approach preferred.
