About the Head of Engineering (Digital Banking) Role:
You will oversee the development teams (frontend , Bacend , Mobile , QA)
Key Responsibility :
- Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems for improvements
- Ensure complaince with security regulations
- Prepare and manage the engineering department's budget
- Design strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resources
- Hire engineers and manage their growth
- Implement innovative technologies
- Coordinate with other divisions (Product , business, and platform ) to achieve company's target and roadmap
To be succeed in this Head of Engineering (Digital Banking) role , you must have hands-on experience with backend and frontend development
Key Requirement:
- Experience in working experience as head of engineering or in a similar senior levelposition at an engineering department
- Experience working with enterprise software such as Core Banking , Payment , ERP , CRM , POS , Financial Ledger, etc.
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human computer interfaces
- Hands-on experience in back end and front end development
- Excellent project management skill
