What you'll do:
You will drive revenue growth and deepen partnerships within Indonesia’s enterprise market, focusing on technology-driven AV and automation solutions. Working closely with the Country Manager and regional teams, you’ll develop sales strategies, build relationships with top system integrators, and grow channel activity to achieve business objectives.
- Lead enterprise sales efforts by developing and executing comprehensive strategies aimed at achieving ambitious annual revenue targets across diverse sectors such as banking, oil & gas, and commercial buildings.
- Strengthen existing partnerships with system integrators while proactively identifying and onboarding new channel partners to expand the company’s reach within the Indonesian market.
- Develop tailored business plans that address the unique needs of enterprise accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term client satisfaction through thoughtful relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership teams to ensure alignment between local sales initiatives and broader market strategies, fostering a unified approach to business development.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Country Manager to drive local business performance, enhance partner engagement, and contribute meaningfully to overall organisational objectives.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews to monitor progress against targets, identify emerging opportunities or challenges, and provide actionable market insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities, raising brand awareness while cultivating new business leads among corporate clients and system integrators.
- Utilise your deep understanding of technology solutions—particularly in audio visual and automation—to present compelling value propositions tailored to each client’s requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs in order to adapt sales approaches effectively.
- Champion a culture of collaboration by sharing best practices with colleagues across functions and regions, contributing positively to team success.
What you bring:
You bring solid B2B or enterprise sales experience from technology or AV industries, with strong channel management and business development capabilities. You’re both strategic and hands-on—able to spot opportunities, close deals, and lead with influence.
- Demonstrated experience managing B2B or enterprise sales within IT hardware, audio visual solutions, automation systems or related technology industries—showcasing your ability to deliver results in complex environments.
- Proven track record of successful channel management supported by an extensive network of system integrators and corporate clients across multiple sectors.
- A strategic yet hands-on commercial mindset that enables you to identify new opportunities quickly while closing deals efficiently through consultative selling techniques.
