What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in Indonesia. You will lead the development of new channels or categories, working closely with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure continuous improvement in sales growth. Your responsibilities will also include establishing and conducting ongoing reviews of Joint Customer Business Plans & Promotional Programs. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct periodic business reviews on sales performance. Your ability to identify and develop growth opportunities will be crucial for the success of this role.
- Lead the growth plan of assigned market, new channel(s) or/and new categories from feasibility evaluation to execution.
- Work with internal stakeholders and business partners to constantly analyse ongoing commercial activities to support business planning.
- Establish & conduct ongoing review of Joint Customer Business Plans & Promotional Programs on the assigned market, channel and category.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to conduct periodic business reviews on sales performance.
- Support the Internal team to achieve desired results and company objectives.
- Constantly identify and develop growth opportunities in assigned channel(s), categories and market(s) across SEA.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager position will have a tertiary qualification minimum diploma in Commerce/Business/Hotel Management discipline. You should bring extensive experience in sales operations including development of Route-To-Market (RTM), In-field sales execution, distributor management, marketing and trade marketing. With at least four years of experience in business development focusing in HORECA, QSR and Manufacturing, you will have the ability to understand, prepare and analyse commercial, consumer insights, market intelligence and financial reports. Your drive and resilience to achieve results, ability to challenge status quo and thrive in a competitive environment will be key to your success in this role. Strong communication skills in English (oral and written) and ability to converse/communicate in regional national language and dialects are essential.

- Conversant with presentation and analysis tools as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
