Our client is a leading digital infrastructure platform providing next-gen connectivity solutions across Asia. They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Fiber Optic Infrastructure) to join their team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role offers the opportunity to drive solution-based sales of enterprise-grade and point-to-point fiber connectivity services, with a focus on B2B enterprise and ISP connectivity. What you'll do:

As an Sales Manager (Fiber Optic Infrastructure), your primary role will be driving the sales of our client's cutting-edge connectivity solutions. You'll be responsible for meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets by acquiring new B2B and ISP clients. Your expertise will allow you to identify and secure deals in targeted verticals, engaging with high-value projects. You'll also play a crucial role in building and managing long-term client relationships while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Drive solution-based sales of enterprise-grade and point-to-point fiber connectivity services.
  • Meet and exceed annual revenue targets through acquisition of new B2B and ISP clients.
  • Identify and secure deals in targeted verticals including hyperscalers, OTT platforms, digital-native businesses, and carriers.
  • Engage with large-scale projects value.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Present proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver pitch presentations to key decision-makers.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this ISP Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in enterprise/B2B sales within the telecom, fiber optics, or ISP services sectors. Your proven track record of solution selling within these industries will be invaluable in this role. You'll leverage your strong industry network and experience handling large enterprise accounts or government/regulated clients to drive success. Your excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia will enable you to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise / B2B sales, with at least 5 years in telecom, fiber optics, or ISP services.
  • Proven track record of solution selling in telecommunications, fiber connectivity, or ISP industry.
  • Strong industry network and experience handling large enterprise accounts or government/regulated clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in building market presence or sales function from the ground up is a strong advantage.
  • Agile, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
