Our client is seeking a Sales Manager for their Herbicides division, based in Jakarta. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the forestry segment, driving strategy for sustainable growth and ensuring commercial excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, product development, marketing campaigns, and governance. This role offers a unique chance to work within a dynamic environment where your skills and experience can make a real impact.
What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager for Herbicides (Forestry Segment), you will be at the forefront of managing our client's herbicides business in Indonesia. Your role will involve driving business strategies aimed at achieving sustainable growth above market expectations. You will ensure commercial excellence through proper channel management, sales planning, and collaboration with supply chain teams on stock planning. Your ability to build strong relationships with plantation companies and channel partners will be crucial in driving growth. You will also play a pivotal role in expanding the company's portfolio by identifying gaps and exploring new opportunities. Your involvement in defining and executing marketing campaigns will contribute significantly to business expansion and achievement of deliverables.
What you bring:
As a Sales Manager for Herbicides (Forestry Segment), you bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role. With a Bachelor's degree in agriculture, plantation, or forestry, and over 10 years of related experience in reputable companies, you have a deep understanding of the market landscape, particularly in relation to forestry companies and herbicides. Your strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills enable you to effectively engage with various stakeholders. You are proactive and result-oriented, with excellent analytical thinking abilities. Your self-reliance and strong negotiation skills set you apart from others. Furthermore, your ability to analyse market needs and showcase an entrepreneurial approach will be invaluable in this role.
