They are seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead and develop sales and supply chain of their local business unit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence and continuous improvements through proactive maintenance.

What you'll do:

As a Service Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of sales and supply chain within the local business unit. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include active quoting and selling of spare parts, service contracts, upgrades, and digital products. You will also be accountable for Order Intake and Revenue in your assigned market area. Collaborating closely with other local and global Services business lines and Business units will be key to your success. Additionally, you will identify and implement local opportunities for Service frame agreements, Field Service agreements, Performance-based agreements, and Site Service related agreements.

  • Developing, coordinating, and managing the service product sales in the unit.
  • Accountability for Order Intake and Revenue in your assigned market area.
  • Active quoting and selling of spare parts, service contracts, upgrades, and digital products.
  • Developing the local business unit's supply chain.
  • Collaborating closely with other local and global Services business lines and Business units.
  • Identifying and implementing local opportunities for Service frame agreements, Field Service agreements, Performance-based agreements, and Site Service related agreements.


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Service Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in B2B Sales within an industrial machinery environment. You have a proven track record of developing operational excellence and continuous improvements through proactive maintenance. Your exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills set you apart from others. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt with a positive and professional attitude under pressure. Your structured, data-driven, and analytical approach to work will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you have the ability to function effectively in a matrix organization, influencing and collaborating with business units.

  • Bachelor's degree in business development or technical degree in industrial technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B Sales, developing B2B service business especially in industrial machinery environment.
  • Experience on developing operational excellence and continuous improvements through proactive maintenance.
  • Exceptional communications, negotiations and interpersonal skills with emphasis on respect and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment with a positive and professional attitude under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and able to establish operational and workload priorities.
  • Structured approach, data-driven and analytical.
  • Ability to function in a matrix organization, influencing and collaborating with business units.
  • Proven customer-oriented skills in a service environment with an ability to quickly build rapport with others.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian, Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Based in Surabaya and willing to travel domestically & internationally
