What you'll do:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the frozen food sector. You will develop strategic sales plans and manage relationships with key accounts. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, conducting market assessments, monitoring sales performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Create and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability
  • Conduct regular market assessments to evaluate customer needs and emerging trends
  • Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Has experience with general trade and independent modern trade market
