This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to establish a new office in Indonesia, providing an unparalleled platform for professional growth and career progression. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Chinese being highly desirable.

What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's presence in Indonesia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include communicating and coordinating daily affairs, supervising application solutions for major customers, and guiding them through any issues they may encounter. You'll also be tasked with summarising competitor and customer information to identify new business opportunities. Maintaining stable business cooperation with major clients and promoting new project collaborations will also fall under your remit. Lastly, you'll handle relationships with senior management of major customers and manage other temporary affairs as required.

  • Communicate, coordinate and supervise daily affairs including implementing application solutions for major customers.
  • Follow-up, guide and provide feedback on product applications, assisting customers in problem-solving.
  • Summarise relevant information of competitors and customers, discover customer needs, and create new business opportunities.
  • Maintain the stability of business cooperation with major customers.
  • Promote the implementation of new projects cooperation with major customers.
  • Handle the relationship with the senior management of major customers.

What you bring:
The ideal Sales Manager will bring a wealth of industry experience to this role. With over 15 years of production, technology, and sales experience within the industry, you'll have developed strong communication and coordination skills. Your motivation for achievement and career ambition will drive you to excel in this role. You'll also possess strong analytical skills that allow you to summarise complex information effectively. A keen learner, you're always looking to expand your knowledge base. Finally, your ability to build teams and train others will be crucial to your success.

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • More than 15 years of production, technology, sales experience in the industry.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Motivated by achievement and possess career ambition.
  • Strong summary, analysis, and judgment skills.
  • Strong learning ability.
  • Good team building and training capabilities.
  • Well connected in the pulp & paper industry and have strong relationship with decision makers
