An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead business growth across South East Asia, with a primary focus on the Indonesian market. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client's footprint in the region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on nurturing relationships with influential stakeholders, including developers, interior designers and architects, to drive business opportunities.

What you'll do:
As a South East Asia Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth across the region. Your mission will be at two main levels: Specification and Projects, and Flow Business. In Specification and Projects, you will develop relationships with influential stakeholders, specify solutions to various professionals, follow up on projects with contractors, participate in relevant events, collaborate with internal teams, and report your progress to management. In Flow Business, you will maintain relationships with existing partners, develop new networks, prospect potential clients such as joineries and door manufacturers, present our solutions to them and generate revenues.

* Develop and nurture relationships with influential stakeholders to drive business opportunities
* Specify solutions to Developers, Hotel operators, Interior designers, Architect and consultants
* Follow up projects with the different stakeholders involved including contractors
* Participate in relevant events that will increase the level of specification and sales
* Collaborate closely with internal teams on projects and follow up
* Report all the project you are working on to your management
* Maintain a close relationship with existing distribution partners and resellers and develop the network
* Prospect and follow up of Joineries, Metal workers, Doors hardware’s distributors, Doors manufacturers by presenting our solutions and generate revenues


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this South East Asia Business Development Manager role is autonomous & self-motivated to develop business. He/She brings a proven track record of specification on commercial and residential projects along with project follow-up experience mainly in Indonesia. He/She is an excellent communicator with presentation skills in English. He/She is a field sales person with a strategic vision and is results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets. Knowledge of door hardware industry or any technical product related to building industry will be an added advantage.

* Proven track record of specification on commercial and residential projects
* Proven track record of project follow up, mainly in Indonesia
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
* Field sales person with a strategic vision
* Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
* Knowledge of door hardware industry or any technical product related to building industry is a plus
