About the Sales Manager (Acrylic) Role:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will grow the company's sales volume for outer Jabodetabek area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the National Sales Manager (NSM) to develop annual Sales Targets (Sales Volume and Sales Margin - NT and CM) by analysing historical sales data, market trends, and customer capabilities
• Work with the NSM to develop Business Objectives to ensure consistent year-on-year growth for the region
• Ensure the region achieves its Sales Targets (Sales Volume and Sales Margin - NT and CM) by effectively executing business objectives
• Promote the sales of new and targeted products while identifying opportunities to enter new markets and acquire new customers
• Propose and execute necessary marketing programs by collaborating with the Marketing and Product Management Team, including exhibitions, advertising, and promotional events
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
• Regularly collect and update vital market information, including market price and competition analysis, proposing necessary action plans
• Propose competitive prices based on customer tiers, MMA, and updated price information to maximise sales volume and profits
• If required, negotiate prices with customers to compete with competitors, proposing changes to higher authorities
• Propose and manage rebate programs for selected distributors, tracking their achievements against the scheme
• Ensure prompt invoice payment by following up with customers based on information provided by the Credit Control team
• Provide six-month rolling forecasts on a monthly basis to facilitate inventory management and production planning
• Propose Make to Stock (MTS) items for selected customers to maintain product availability and monitor inventory levels to prevent ageing inventory
• Facilitate and verify customer complaints and claims according to company processes and procedures

To succeed in this Sales Manager (Acrylic) role, you must have strong distributor management skill.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years' experience in sales and distribution outside of Jabodetabek
• Experience in the industrial/building materials products industry, with a strong track record in selling a wide range of product types and/or SKUs (approximately 100 SKUs)
• Proven experience in managing distributors and resellers of industrial products
• Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication
• Ability to process and analyze numbers and data related to sales, marketing, and financial/budget
• Aufficient understanding of the plastic industry and semi-finished material products
• Experience working with MNCs and/or reputable local/private companies in a similar role
