About the Distribution Manager (Data Centre Equipment) Role: You will work closely with the Distributor to develop and grow the distribution strategy and run rate business in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT Distributors in Indonesia and achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales targets
Ensure Distributor Sales Out and drive the Company's market share growth in the Rack UPS, PDUs, Racks, and Smart Solutions market within the assigned territory
Develop 2nd tier value-added partners to extend reach in identified verticals and mid-markets in the assigned territory
Grow the number of partners engaging in the Company's Business within the territory
Develop and drive marketing programmes, schemes, and related activities for distributors and partners
Implement partner enablement programs for the assigned channel partners, including training and certification initiatives
Conduct regular business planning, budgeting, and reviews with the distributor management team
Manage operational and financial matters related to partner's business with the company satisfactorily
Enhance mindshare for the company with the sales team of designated partners and ensure motivation through sales incentive programs and activities
Implement rules of engagement within multiple partners and manage conflicts fairly
To succeed in this Distribution Manager (Data Centre Equipment) role, you must have proven track record in IT sales.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of seven years' experience in channel sales or business management, preferably in IT sales or distribution
Successful sales and channel management track record
Strong communicator in both written and verbal
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Problem solver with good conflict management skills
Strong influencing and negotiation behaviours
Excellent business ethics and integrity.
Can-do attitude and a sense of urgency
Ability to focus on operational details and accuracy while seeing the big picture and develop a strategy
