About the Sales Manager (Telco and Datacom Hardware) Role: You will co-develop the company's sales strategy along with regional and HQ management team, by leveraging the personal experience, know-how and intelligence about the ICT market.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and achieve the targeted revenue results for the responsible territory
Provide sales consultation on the company's interconnect business opportunities related to the positioning of the leading RF, power, fibre optic and data connectivity technology together with complete site solution for 4G/5G mobile network, data centre infrastructures, etc.
Engage with appropriate internal and external resources including R&D, product management, FAE technical support, customer service, logistics team from the company, alliance partners, system integrators as well as end customers to help drive opportunities from inception through successful implementation
Articulate the value of the company's technology, products and service by working together with other team for the best customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you would come from a similar industry background, possess experience with OEMs and telco operations. Presales experience is highly valued.
Key Requirements:
B.E./B. Tech in electronics, communication, mechanical or other subjects, and a master's degree is preferred
Minimum of five years’ sales or customer management experience in ICT-related industries
Business experience with global OEMs, mobile communication service providers, distributors and/or system integrators is preferred
Basic knowledge of interconnect products of RF, power, fibre optic, data and network solutions
Self-motivated and proactive working style
Teamwork spirit and strong coordination capabilities
Good communication skills in English
Good written and presentation skills
