About the Container Rental Sales Manager Role:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for advertising available space/units, negotiate rental terms and finalising lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms
• Scouting for prospective lessees
• Directing guided tours of each rental
• Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements
• Scheduling property-related maintenance, refurbishment and others as needed
• Negotiating the updated features of applicable lease agreements
• Performing relevant inspections prior to returning lessees' deposits

To succeed in this Container Rental Sales Manager role, you must be resourceful and have strong negotiation skill.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma's or bachelor’s degree from any major, preferably in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of five years experience being as Rental Sales Manager for rental equipment company
• Strong communication skill in English (written and verbal)
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Negotiating skills and problem solving
• Familiar with MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, has enthusiasm to learn business process, leadership skill
• Good Interpersonal skill, good commitment, honest, and able work as team
• Ability to work with a target and under pressure
