You will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise vehicle sales
- Lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Provide guidance and support to sales consultants, assisting with customer negotiations and complex sales situations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and events
- Monitor sales performance, generate sales reports, and present findings to senior management
- Stay updated on the latest Brand's models, features, and industry trends
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
To succeed in this Sales Manager (Automotive) role, you must be fluent in English and be a good representative of the brand.
- Three to five years' experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on luxury vehicles
- Proven track record of successful sales management, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
