About the Business Manager (Personal Care - Chemical) Role:
You will be responsible for formulating strategies and implementation of company's sales objectives in the regional market and for achieving the market value share, turnover, and profit of the products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining customers’ rapport and ensuring the profitability of the BL
• Prepare quotation and price negotiation with customer
• Formulation and implementation of business plans to expand the market share
• Review customer requirements and develop business proposals
• Analyse sales records to investigate market trend & other relevant market developments
• Establish local marketing plans and sales team targets
• Manage credit and payment issues
• Monitor and manage stock inventories and accounts receivables at agreed level
• Prepare monthly reports according to Business Unit requirement
• Liaise with supply chain management to ensure optimal inventory level and on time delivery

To succeed in this Business Manager (Personal Care - Chemical) role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking also experience within personal care raw material products.

Key Requirements:

• Over 15 years of experience in personal care ingredients industry in Indonesia
• Degree in Chemistry, Business Administration or other scientific studies
• Besides Bahasa, you must have a high level of English proficiency
• Experience leading sales teams in Indonesia
• Strong track record of business development and sales growth
• Based in Jakarta
