What you'll do:

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of customer, channel, market dynamics and its requirements in the Aesthetics/ Pharmaceutical/ Medical industry.
- Good, positive and proactive communication (verbal & written)
- Skills such as team management, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently or as part of a team as required
- Strong team player, assisting others with workload peaks and the management of challenging situations
- Experience in launching products and sustaining growth
- Knowledge of the KOLs within the industry
- Proven track record in exceeding sales and profitability
- Willingness to travel up country/ overseas
