What you'll do:

As Channel Sales Manager - (Electrical), you will be entrusted with driving the company’s retail and project channel growth across Indonesia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing robust strategies for distributor engagement while identifying new avenues for market expansion beyond established territories. By nurturing strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, you will ensure that every initiative aligns with the organisation’s vision for sustainable growth.   • Nurture long-term relationships with distributors by providing consistent support, guidance, and effective communication tailored to each region’s needs.
  • Collaborate closely with two regional managers overseeing West Java and East Java teams to ensure alignment on sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Guide a team of up to ten subordinates including managers, retail sales staff, administrators, and showroom keepers towards shared objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and client trends to inform strategic decisions that enhance market share and brand presence.
  • Work cross-functionally with production and business development teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Champion a people-centric approach by fostering harmonisation within the team while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Report regularly on performance metrics, KPIs, and progress against aggressive but achievable growth targets set by senior leadership.
