Head of Business (CONFI)

A well-established international professional services organisation is seeking a Country Head of Business to lead its Indonesia operations. This senior leadership role will be responsible for overall country strategy, commercial performance, and operational governance across a multidisciplinary service portfolio. You will work closely with regional stakeholders while building strong local partnerships, ensuring sustainable business growth and high service standards.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute country-level business strategy aligned with regional objectives

• Oversee commercial growth, budgeting, and financial performance management

• Lead day-to-day operations including staffing, resource allocation, and service delivery standards

• Build and maintain senior relationships with clients, partners, and regulators

• Identify new revenue opportunities through market analysis and strategic partnerships

• Represent the organisation in industry and stakeholder forums

• Recruit, mentor, and develop leadership pipelines within the country team

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance standards

What You Bring

• Senior leadership experience with P&L ownership in professional or technical B2B services

• Strong background in commercial strategy and operational management

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive performance

• Experience engaging with regulators, enterprise clients, and strategic partners

• High financial and analytical capability for KPI and margin management

• Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Comfortable operating in structured and compliance-driven environments

• Demonstrated track record in business growth or market expansion initiatives
