Commercial Director (Apparel)

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial strategy and execution for the apparel market in Indonesia

Drive profitable sales growth through customer segmentation, pricing, and product mix

Manage and develop commercial teams across multiple sites

Support key account management in partnership with marketing, technical, supply chain, finance and customer service

Track market trends and adjust strategy to stay competitive

Enhance customer experience and long-term relationships with brands, vendors and partners

Use CRM and data tools to improve forecasting and customer engagement

Recruit, coach, and develop commercial talent while promoting compliance and strong commercial discipline
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 12 years’ commercial experience with at least 5+ years in senior leadership

Strong background in B2B sales/marketing, ideally in industrial or apparel-related markets

Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex customers

Strong commercial judgement, analytical ability and ethical mindset
