A leading player in the security and access solutions industry is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager (Access Control) to drive business growth in the government and institutional sectors.
About the National Sales Manager (Access Control) Role:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading solution-based sales initiatives, managing channel partners, and developing long-term government relationships across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government and institutional clients

Build strong relationships with ministries, agencies, and state-owned enterprises

Manage and support channel partners and distributors in delivering complex projects

Lead tender processes and solution design in collaboration with technical teams

Identify new business opportunities in cash-handling, access control, and security infrastructure
What we’re looking for:
A solution-driven sales leader with proven experience in government projects, excellent stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the security and access systems market.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in project or solution sales

Strong network within government agencies and ministries

Background in industries such as security systems, access control, or cash logistics

Skilled in managing tenders, distributors, and project-based sales cycles

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
