A global industrial solutions company is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head Of Sales (Chemicals - Heavy Industry) to lead and grow its operations in Indonesia. This pivotal role offers the chance to spearhead business expansion across key SOE and private industrial clients.
About the Head Of Sales (Chemicals - Heavy Industry):
Reporting directly to the Country Director, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy across multiple industrial verticals, including oil & gas, mining, petrochemical, and power generation. You will oversee a high-performing sales team and drive strategic partnerships with major clients such as state-owned enterprises and energy developers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets

Strengthen and expand partnerships with key industrial clients, particularly in the energy and process industries

Identify new business opportunities and ensure sustainable growth across existing and emerging markets

Oversee a team of sales managers, ensuring strong pipeline management and customer engagement

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and service teams to align business objectives

Ensure compliance with corporate governance and local regulatory standards
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven sales leader with extensive experience in the industrial solutions or chemical sector. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, hands-on leadership, and proven success managing large-scale SOE accounts such as Pertamina, PLN, and Pupuk Indonesia.
Key Requirements:

Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in B2B industrial or chemical solution sales, with at least five years in a leadership capacity

Proven success managing strategic accounts in oil & gas, power, or process industries

Strong business acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at senior level
-
Demonstrated ability to lead sales transformation, build high-performing teams, and deliver measurable growth

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
