A global automotive manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Aftermarket (Automotive) to oversee its nationwide service and parts business. This role offers the chance to lead transformation across customer experience, dealer operations, and service profitability.

About the Head of Aftermarket Role:

Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director, the Head of Aftermarket (Automotive) will lead the service, spare parts, and customer satisfaction strategy to strengthen the company’s position in the Indonesian automotive market. You will drive aftersales network performance, optimize cost structures, and ensure service excellence through innovative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the national aftersales business, covering service, parts, and customer retention initiatives

• Manage network profitability and operational excellence across all dealerships

• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience, warranty performance, and parts availability

• Lead new service programs and digitalization of aftersales operations

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure aftersales integration

What we’re looking for:

A strong, hands-on leader with deep expertise in automotive aftersales, dealer operations, and service network development. The ideal candidate for the Head of Aftermarket (Automotive) role combines commercial acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to drive both profitability and customer satisfaction across a fast-growing network.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in aftersales/service operations within the automotive industry

• Proven leadership in managing multi-site service and parts operations

• Strong understanding of dealer management, parts logistics, and service profitability

• Excellent people leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
