Head of Business Unit (3PL Warehouse)
A leading integrated logistics company is seeking a Head of Business Unit (3PL Warehouse) to lead its nationwide warehousing operations. This role combines commercial and operational leadership, overseeing end-to-end warehouse management while driving efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, optimizing performance, and leading a high-performing team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes, space utilization, and automation.

Manage a team of warehouse managers and supervisors (total team of 4) to ensure strong leadership alignment and clear operational objectives.

Develop and execute strategies to increase warehouse revenue through new business opportunities and existing client expansion.

Collaborate closely with commercial, transport, and supply chain teams to ensure service excellence and integration across functions.

Monitor KPIs such as efficiency, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and on-time performance.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support sustainable growth.

Oversee budget management and ensure profitability targets are met or exceeded.

Lead warehouse audits and compliance initiatives to meet industry and customer standards.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including 3+ years in a leadership position.

Strong commercial acumen with proven experience growing warehouse business or managing key client portfolios.

Solid understanding of WMS, process improvement, and KPI management.

Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
