Regional Manager (Logistics - Surabaya Based)

A leading 3PL logistics company is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations and commercial activities across Surabaya and Semarang. This role plays a critical part in driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong client relationships within two key logistics hubs in Central and East Java

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations and commercial performance across Surabaya and Semarang regions.

• Drive improvement initiatives in daily business operations, focusing on efficiency, service delivery, and profitability.

• Develop and implement regional business plans aligned with company goals, ensuring consistency in operational and commercial standards.

• Manage and coach middle managers, ensuring effective leadership and talent development across both sites.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract retention.

• Collaborate closely with national management to align local execution with overall strategic direction.

• Monitor and manage P&L performance, cost control, and resource optimization.

• Oversee warehouse, transportation, and outsourcing operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• Identify new commercial opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand business in the region.

• Foster a strong performance-driven culture, focusing on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management—preferably in a 3PL environment.

• Proven ability to lead large operational teams (200+ employees) with multiple sites under management.

• Strong commercial acumen and experience in client relationship management.

• Demonstrated success in improving operational performance and driving growth.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving capability.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya; frequent travel to Semarang required.
