This high-impact leadership role is instrumental in expanding their data connectivity footprint across Indonesia and building deep, strategic relationships with key industry players. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, deep industry knowledge in carrier services, and an established network across internet service providers (ISPs) and global hyperscalers

What you'll do:

As the Head of Carrier & Hyperscaler, you will be at the forefront of driving business development and strategic partnerships with carriers, ISPs, and hyperscalers. You will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for carrier and hyperscaler segments. Your role will involve identifying commercial opportunities and closing large-scale connectivity deals. You will represent the company in high-level commercial and technical discussions with key industry players. Leading a high-performing team focused on customer success and revenue growth will be a critical part of your role. Collaborating with internal product, network, and commercial teams to align solutions with customer needs will also be a significant part of your responsibilities.

  • Drive business development and strategic partnerships with carriers, ISPs, and hyperscalers.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Head of Carrier & Hyperscaler role brings proven leadership experience in the telecommunications, carrier services, or data connectivity sectors. They possess a deep understanding of interconnectivity, IP transit, data center ecosystems, and international bandwidth. They have a strong network and trusted relationships with ISPs, global hyperscalers, and carrier partners across Indonesia or Southeast Asia. Their ability to hit the ground running by bringing in quick wins while providing long-term strategic value is crucial. They also have excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Proven leadership experience in the telecommunications, carrier services, or data connectivity sectors.
  • Deep understanding of interconnectivity, IP transit, data center ecosystems, and international bandwidth.
  • Strong network and trusted relationships with ISPs, global hyperscalers, and carrier partners across Indonesia and/or Southeast Asia.
