What you'll do:
As the Business Unit Head for Pet Food Retail, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the entire commercial side of the business. You will manage a diverse team of professionals ranging from marketing to logistics, ensuring smooth operations across all departments. Your strong focus on Profit and Loss (PnL) will be crucial in driving the financial success of the unit. Additionally, you will foster relationships with pet stores and agents selling to pet shops, further expanding our client's reach in the market.
- Oversee the entire commercial side of the business
- Manage a large team of up to 200 people including Division Heads, Brand Executives and Managers, National Sales Manager, GT Sales Manager, Supervisor Sales, MT person, Digital Marketing Team, Logistic
- Strong focus on Profit and Loss (PnL)
- Manage relationships with pet stores and agents selling to pet shops
