What you'll do:

As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build strong partnerships with all levels of Business Owners. You will manage the business strategies and activities in your assigned areas to achieve revenue targets. Your role will involve implementing company goals through creative and impactful action plans. You will monitor the business environment proactively to ensure it's conducive for all Business Owners to build their businesses. Providing field feedback regarding products, operations, competitors, and taking relevant actions to resolve challenges will also be part of your duties.

  • Motivate, focus, train and equip Distributor Force to build a successful and profitable Business
  • Plan and execute appropriate field activities to train, motivate and mobilize the business owner force
  • Develop and manage partnership and communication with business owners
  • Counsel Platinum Business Owners on how to re-qualify, build strong businesses to increase higher qualification for Leadership Seminar & Sales Incentive Program
  • Report trends and achievements, challenges and propose remedial action
  • Support Sales Incentive Program implementation through socialization, education and tracking performance in order for Distributors to achieve their goals

The ideal candidate for the Regional Sales Manager position will bring a strong service orientation along with excellent relationship building and social skills. You should be well organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working effectively even under pressure. Strong leadership and managerial skills are essential for this role as you'll be leading a team towards achieving set targets. A positive attitude coupled with a high level of maturity is key for success in this position. Good interpersonal skills along with counseling and negotiation abilities are also required.
