What you'll do:

As an Office Leasing Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role within the Office Marketing and Leasing team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure key multinational clients seeking office space in central Jakarta. You will assess client needs and propose creative solutions that maximise business performance. Your role will also involve preparing client presentations, conducting lease negotiations and renewals, as well as maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, you will conduct ongoing research on local office market trends and report your findings to your team.

  • Identify, engage, and secure key multinational clients seeking office space
  • Assess client needs and propose ideal solutions while maximising business performance
  • Prepare and present client presentations, proposals, financial calculations; conduct lease negotiations and renewals
  • Conduct ongoing research on local office market trends, activity, performance, and practices
  • Report findings on market trends to team members
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Office Leasing Assistant Manager position brings a wealth of experience in office leasing as either a landlord or agent. You possess an in-depth understanding of local real estate laws, standards, and market practices. Your language skills include business-level proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesian. You are proactive in developing strategies to achieve objectives rather than waiting for instructions. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build lasting relationships with clients.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of Office Leasing as landlord or agent
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of local real estate laws, standards, and market practices
  • Business level English and Bahasa Indonesian language skills
  • Proactive approach to developing strategies to achieve objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships
