Be responsible for ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve sales targets, visiting customers with distributors for close follow-up to ensure project development, and identifying necessary support.

What you'll do:
As a Channel Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's business. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing strategic channel programs aimed at maximising sales through a vast distributor network. Your ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining strong relationships with distributors will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your keen eye for analysing market trends will help identify new business opportunities. This role requires frequent travel within Indonesia.

  • Design and execute strategic channel programs to boost sales and expand market share through our distributor network.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners, covering terms, conditions, pricing, and incentives.
  • Join distributors on regular customer visits to ensure successful project implementation and provide necessary support.
  • Oversee and evaluate distributor performance, offering continuous support and coaching to help them meet their sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on products and solutions for distributors.

What you bring:
Yourexperience in channel management within the medical device industry. You will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the distribution landscape in Indonesia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Youranalytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities.

  • At least 5 years of experience in channel management within the medical device industry or in a sales role at a medical device distributor.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets through effective channel management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry and the distribution landscape in Indonesia.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient at building and sustaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
