Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Commercial for their Medical Device division. What you'll do:

As the Vice President Commercial (Medical Device), you will be at the forefront of driving our client's commercial strategy. Your role will involve identifying new market opportunities, aligning commercial activities with company strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, overseeing marketing initiatives, driving brand development, and fostering strategic partnerships. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, providing insights based on data, managing financial resources efficiently, monitoring commercial performance, adjusting strategies as needed, and reporting on activities to the executive team.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive market expansion efforts

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Vice President Commercial (Medical Device) position brings a wealth of experience from commercial roles within the medical device industry. You have a proven track record of leading successful sales and marketing teams. Your strong leadership skills are complemented by your strategic thinking and analytical abilities. You are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and you have superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
