What you'll do:

As a General Manager in Consumer Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. You will be responsible for ensuring profitable growth of the division by growing the top line and ensuring efficiency across functions. Your role will involve managing clients and ensuring smooth coordination between them and our stakeholders. You will also be tasked with developing comprehensive sales strategies that align with our company's objectives to drive revenue growth. A significant part of your role will involve conducting thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats within the consumer health sector. You will also cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure profitable growth of the Consumer Healthcare Division by growing the top line and ensuring efficiency across functions.
  • Manage clients and ensure smooth coordination between clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide advice, insights, and suggestions to drive client’s business as per expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company's objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain deep understanding of consumer health products, their features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the General Manager in Consumer Healthcare role will bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record in sales management. You will have at least 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the consumer health or related industry. Your ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative sales strategies will be key to your success in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. A demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets is also required.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales management.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in consumer health or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing sales teams.
