About the Leasing General Manager - Shopping Malls and Retail Role:

Based in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in driving the leasing strategy and managing tenant relationships for high-end retail shopping mall. You will be responsible for identifying and securing premium tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a vibrant and diverse tenant mix that aligns with the company's brand and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract high-end retailers and maintain a competitive edge in the market
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing tenants, understanding their business needs and collaborating to create mutually beneficial leasing arrangements
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging brands, and potential tenants to enhance the mall's tenant mix
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual terms with tenants, ensuring optimal financial outcomes for the company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and property management, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for tenants
• Monitor and assess market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to make informed decisions regarding leasing strategies

To succeed in this Leasing General Manager - Shopping Malls and Retail role, you must have strong exposure in experience in leasing and tenant management, preferably in high-end retail or luxury brands

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economic, or any related degree
• At least seven years of working experience in leasing or commercial in the mall Industry
• Proven experience in leasing and tenant management, preferably in high-end retail or luxury brands
• Strong at analysing and developing marketing and sales strategies
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, colleagues, and industry partners
• A pleasant personality and service-oriented
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
