Lead and oversee a team of seven to eight professionals responsible for finance, documentation, pricing, and operational functions

Foster strong customer relationships and provide excellent service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of freight export services, particularly in the seafreight FCL segment
To succeed in this Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding/Export FCL) role, you will need a proven track record with some years of experience in sales management, particularly within the freight export seafreight FCL domain.

Familiarity with the logistics and freight industry, with an understanding of import/export processes and supply chain dynamics
