About the Area Sales Manager (FMCG F&B) Role:
The Area Sales Manager sets a sales plan and is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and maintaining strong partnership with distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets, increase market penetration, and maximise profitability for Food/Snack products
Create and build a strategic area mapping and pricing strategy
Collaborate with the C-level to develop a system for product launches, and pricing strategies that support sales objectives
Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse data, and generate regular sales reports to evaluate team and individual performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed
Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control
To succeed in this Area Sales Manager (FMCG F&B) role, you will need to be a strategic and analytical thinker with a proven track record in sales management within the FMCG industry.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing and Sales or related fields
Preferably with minimum five years’ experience in FMCG industry, especially in Food/Snack/Beverages background
Good understanding in sales and distribution management
Good analytical thinking/data research background would be more valuable
