Five to seven years' proven commercial experience within the polymer industry, specifically working with polymers as raw materials for plastics and related applications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is preferred
Proven ability to drive business growth, meet targets, and deliver results

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
