About the Retail Operations Manager (Sports Apparel) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, you will play a key role in the retail team for managing sports apparel brand and continue its success in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily retail operation including sales, operations, marketing, merchandising, etc.
• Responsible for buying, sales, business planning, product presentation, stock control, sales service, store operation (all levels), store promotions/marketing, operational marketing, staff training
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling
• Achieve profitable business relationships by identifying new opportunities, monitoring competitors, prospecting new clients and decision makers and turning them into new business
• Develop growth strategic planning of the business either through organic growth or merger and acquisition or future possible business opportunities

To succeed in this Retail Operations Manager (Sports Apparel) role, you will need to have strong managerial experience in day-to-day running of stores and strong focus on sales management in high-end or luxury retailing.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum seven years’ of experience in retail operation with luxury brand
• Strong sales/trade marketing background in luxury products, within offline and e-commerce channels
• Strong leadership traits and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, and strong in people development
• Strong written and communication skills, fluent in English, able to communicate well with regional and global principals/counterparts
• Results-driven, fast-paced and possess high initiative skills and the ability to work under pressure and multitasking
