About the Sales Director (Data Centre - Mandarin Speaking) Role:
The Sales Director (Data Centre - Mandarin Speaking) you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to expand our customer base in Indonesia and the wider region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Chinese and American companies such as TikTok, Alibaba, Huawei, Microsoft, and Amazon, as well as local Indonesian banks (Chinese-owned)
• Identify new business opportunities and work with the team to develop sales proposals and presentations tailored to meet customer needs
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and promote the company's services

To be successful in this Sales Director (Data Centre - Mandarin Speaking) role, you will need to have a proven track record in sales with a strong understanding of the IDC industry, as well as be fluent in spoken and written mandarin.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of five years' sales experience in the IDC industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to meet customer needs
• Knowledge of the IDC industry and its trends in the region
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
