About the Sales Manager (Electrics - Energy) Role:
The Sales Manager (Electrics - Energy) conducts sales visits to customers, understand requirements and gives recommendations for equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as company point of contact for the assigned products towards customer and regional office
• Learn and understand assigned products
• Conduct sales visits to customers, understand requirements and give recommendations for equipment
• Create and issue quotations, according to customer requirements
• Receive, follow up and track status of orders received
• Use CRM to log all required work activity and keep record of order status
• Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this Sales Manager (Electrics - Energy) role, you will need to have an extensive network in the power plant and oil and gas Industry players.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Indonesian language
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Fast learning and proactive attitude with good understanding of technical and commercial matters
• Strong sales mindset with good presentation and communication skills
• Strong follow up skills and target driven
• Solid organisational, planning and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Indonesia
• Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience in business development/sales in the energy sector (power plants, oil and gas) is required
• Experience and product knowledge of valves, gas turbines and filters is a plus
• Experience in Sales with technical products from European makers is a plus
