About the National Sales Manager (Retail Pharmacy) Role:
In this role, you will be managing the company's hero brand, from market research/insights, campaign development and marketing to working with trade marketing and sales to increase sales in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales department covering modern pharmacy chains, modern trade and selected general trade
• Achieve monthly and annual target, seeking growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the performance against targets
• Manage the trade calendar inclusive of launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximising sales opportunities
• Develop team competency and business system to ensure effective business development
• Be the coordinator and motor of product marketing initiatives at the key accounts
• Manage and develop quality working relationships with key accounts and distributor through regular business review and meetings
• Conduct regular market visits and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to keep the business ahead

To succeed in this National Sales Manager (Retail Pharmacy) role, you will need to have good project management skills and be independent, driven and adaptable.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 - 10 years of work experience in a sales position, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager
• Experience evaluating product/market situations and analysing data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches
